Hi, I’m Jenny, the founder of North Ink.
Originally from Cleveland, I now call the Charlotte area home. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about telling meaningful stories and making communication easy, clear, and impactful - no matter how complex the message or how high the stakes.
I’ve spent my professional life shaping communications strategies and building engagement for organizations like Cleveland Clinic, Lowe’s, Trane Technologies, the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, and the American Red Cross. Whether in healthcare, retail, sports, or the nonprofit world, I’ve helped organizations connect with their audiences, support change, and navigate challenges with clarity and purpose.
With years of experience in PR and communications - writing, planning, managing crises, launching campaigns - I understand the power of the right message delivered at the right time.
